Jenn Mon has been a physical therapist teaching yoga for 7 years with a special focus on women’s health and pilates to get her clients back on their mats, in the gym, and in the field. She works primarily in Orthopedics but has worked with folks from all ages and stages. Jenn believes it’s this combination of movement approaches that allows her to meet her patients wherever they are in their rehab process, whether it’s an acute sports injury, after surgery, or chronic pain.

She offers Physical Therapy, private or group Yoga, and sport-specific cross-training all geared to educate and support your current movement practice.
