Self Love & Service Retreat with Julie Gandolfo
March 22 - 26, 2018
Rincon, Puerto Rico

Rincón is a small surfing town on the west coast of Puerto Rico. It’s the Hawaii of the caribbean, as we like to say, with epic sunsets, epic fish tacos, epic waves, and a vibrant wellness scene. For the retreat we’ll be taking over a 20-person villa overlooking the caribbean ocean where we’ll meditate, practice yoga, eat clean meals, enjoy massages, y mucho mas. From our homebase, Casa Darma, we’ll explore Rincón and neighboring towns while we embark on a journey of loving ourselves and this very special place.

Each day you will be led through 2 mediation sessions and 2 yoga classes, designed to build on one another for a deeply healing and loving experience. You will learn expert techniques to profoundly enhance the eyes-closed and eyes-open experience of life with meditation, in addition to how to incorporate a powerful yoga routine that will bring you physical, mental, and spiritual benefits.

Being of service (SEVA, in sanskrit) is a beautiful way to grow spiritually and, at the same time, contribute to the improvement of a community. Over 600,000 people in Puerto Rico are still without electricity and running water after Hurricane Maria. The people of this magical island of enchantment have been working hard to rebuild, and what we need now is support – visitors to escape from their daily lives to come play on the beach, order a coffee at the panaderia, devour fresh fish tacos at lunch, and take a surf lesson or two.

Each day on the retreat, we will go out into town to support local businesses, in addition to completing 2 very special service projects as a group, lending our hands and our energies to those who are still in need.

Yoga, Fitness & Movement for the Soul
with Nathania Stambouli & Gary Leake

June 30 - July 7, 2018
Sayulita, Mexico

Press pause on life and embark on a once-in-a-lifetime (or more than that, if you're like all the peeps who join us every year!) week of yoga, fitness, movement, relaxation and adventure in one of Mexico’s quaintest and most beautiful coastal towns. Sayulita offers the best of the beach and the jungle with as much relaxation or adventure as you can take. The eco-conscious Haramara retreat center is built on untouched land offering a truly unique opportunity to rediscover nature.

Chill in the infinity pool overlooking the ocean, read in a hammock by your cabaña, go zip lining, try the sweat lodge - make it your ideal vacation! We’ll have at least one yoga class daily, fitness and movement sessions each day as well as an arm balance & inversion workshop to help you get upside down (weeee!), meditation, Animal Flow, Zenza Flow* (see bottom of page) and several group excursions, leaving the rest of the time for you to make new friends, unplug and reconnect.

Our retreats aim to inspire personal growth and supportive community while focusing on movement practices that connect and challenge the body and mind. We will move in the open air of the jungle, hike down to our own private beach, take part in group activities and develop a supportive community of friends on a truly rustic adventure that will reconnect you with what's important in life.

We welcome all levels of experience. You don't need to be a yogi, a fitness buff or a movement pro, you just need to be a human being interested in learning, playing and moving! Our classes are accessible and challenging for all levels.
