Join like-minded yogis for classes that will challenge your mind and body, all the while deeply soothing your system. Yoga has the capacity to heal and transform people from all walks of life, and I specialize in seeing the uniqueness of each yogi to make it accessible and fulfilling to anyone. I couple strong vinyasa with gentle yin classes to balance you from the inside out. I also teach acroyoga and thai massage workshops, so you will get to explore further ways to connect with yourself and the group.

About Alex

I am inspired by movement, stillness, humans, and nature. I believe in a non-dogmatic approach to yoga, constantly exploring ways to make it accessible to everyone, regardless of race, gender, size, or ability. I teach mindfulness to facilitate deeper connection with self through thoughtfully sequenced, playful vinyasa and yin that’s sweetly soothing to the body, mind and nerves. I hope to inspire deeper self-love and growth in my students.
