Have you recently completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and find yourself lost in the world of yoga, wondering what to do next?

That’s where we found ourselves many years ago. We completed intensive training where we developed community, deepened our practice and learned how to teach. Once it was over, we were without ongoing support of mentors and our training felt further and further in the past.

Together, for over 10 years, we’ve been immersed in the process of creating and instructing 200 hour yoga teacher trainings. As yoga continues to expand, more and more beginning teachers are graduating from 200 hour trainings than ever before. And we recognize the need for ongoing mentorship still exists to refine, deepen, and evolve your personal practice, teaching and self-inquiry.

This is where the inspiration for Svadhyaya was born.

Here are the topics we feel are most relevant for mentorship and growth. Come explore them with us.

Month 1 ~ VOICE AND INSPIRATION
Month 2 ~ HONESTY AND AUTHENTICITY
Month 3 ~ MEETING STUDENTS WHERE THEY ARE
Month 4 ~ SELF STUDY
Month 5 ~ SELF CARE
Month 6 ~ SELF PROMOTION

SVADHYAYA Includes six private 45 minute mentorship sessions.
