Lian is a passionate yoga instructor and occupational therapist. Her incredible yoga journey began more than a decade ago when she took her first classes in the serene surroundings of Dharamsala, India. Inspired by her experience, she embarked on a transformative path and completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Down Under Yoga Studio in Boston, Massachusetts.

But Lian's dedication doesn't stop there. She has also earned certification in sensory-enhanced trauma-informed yoga training, equipping her with the knowledge and skills to provide yoga to individuals who have experienced trauma. Additionally, Lian specializes in offering yoga to those with neurological conditions, bringing the transformative power of yoga to this specific community.

What Lian loves most about yoga is its ability to connect her with her own needs on physical, spiritual, and emotional levels. Whether she seeks stillness and rest or craves a vigorous flow, yoga provides her with the tools to nurture herself holistically.
