You’ll get the tools to do all this and more in this practical 4-week course that will introduce—or reintroduce—you to practices of Buddhist-based Vipassana Meditation. This course will include:
- Seated meditation (of course) 
- Standing and walking meditation (IS THAT ALLOWED?!) 
- Ways to practice mindfulness of thoughts and feelings 
- What to do when you feel restless in meditation 
- Talks that clearly explain all content 
- Q&A's throughout to voice concerns, or ask about obstacles that arise 
- Accountability to practice throughout the weeks 
- Some light yoga and Physical Therapy-based movement 
- Practical tips to continue practice after the course is over 
If you miss one session there will be make-up handouts and recorded talks and meditations.
This series will be on 4 Saturdays July 13, 20 & August 3rd, 10th.
2-3:30 pm
