This 20 hour, Yoga Alliance approved training will give you the tools to stand out from the crowd as a private yoga instructor, and as an instructor in general. Mindful Kids LA Day Camp at Soul Play Yoga is a spin off of the popular "Mindful Kids" after school enrichment programs in Los Angeles.

This CPR & AED workshop is open to the public as well as to yoga teachers and fitness professionals! Learn how to perform CPR, use an AED, assist a conscious or unconscious choking person and administer immediate help to save a life in an emergency. Training includes certification card.
