ONLINE STREAMING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Download the ZOOM App to your phone or computer. It's free to download.

  • Visit this page every day to register for classes. Sign up using the WellnessLiving system or on the Achieve App.

  • You will receive an email notification confirming your registration, with the Zoom link to attend the live class. Please make sure your email notifications are turned ON in WellnessLiving so that you receive your link. Turn on email notifications in your account here.

  • Use your existing membership or class package to sign up for class. If you do not already have a membership/package with the studio, get an online class drop-in or an unlimited Streaming membership. These will be available for purchase when you sign up for the class.

  • Each LIVE class you attend virtually will count towards your class package or membership. If you sign up and do not show up for the online class, you will lose your class credit just like a regular class, so be sure to de-register if you can't tune in!

  • Click the Zoom link in your confirmation email to join the class at the class start time. Your microphone will be muted and you will be able to see the teacher on the screen. Feel free to turn your video to "on" so we can see you as well, but please keep your microphone muted!
