All Fired Up! Core Workshop

Less back pain, better posture, that elusive six-pack - all benefits of what we call a strong “core.” To find out what it (and you!) are really made of, come fire it up and feel it out!

In this two-hour workshop, you will learn what the abdominal sections are, how the obliques reach all the way around the body, how your breath facilitates muscle contraction and metabolism, and the importance of a packing sensation rather than the dreaded sucking-in - all while kicking your core to life in a total-body workout from the inside, out. 

A complimentary, 75-min, core-focused, vinyasa flow follows the workshop at 4:00 pm.
